11/13/09 New Chief Judge. United States District Judge Ricardo H. Hinojosa of the McAllen Division has become Chief District Judge under 28 U.S.C. Sec. 136, effective November 13, 2009, following the election to take senior status by former Chief District Judge Hayden Head of the Corpus Christi Division.
