For attorneys to receive a login and password to file electronically, attendance is required at a 1.5 hours Certification class.

Attorneys may complete registration at the door prior to the start of each class held at the respective courthouses listed below. Support staff may also attend a certification class. Please call the clerk’s office contacts listed below to verify available classes.

The training requirement is waived if an attorney is currently registered and certified to file electronically in another U.S. bankruptcy or district court. If you currently registered and certified to file electronically in another U.S. bankruptcy or district court then a completed District Registration Form and/or Bankruptcy Registration Form should be submitted indicating the court in which you are currently registered or certified to file electronically.
